Behind Your Back feedback
Giving feedback can be hard for some people and it can often be done in a forced way.
Not any more!
This activity is a fun way to help a group give feedback to each other without having to look someone in the eye - in fact that's what makes it not only easier but more meaningful too.
The document includes:
- instructions on how to run the activity
- equipment list (for face to face)
- online tool templates*
- time breakdown
There are 4 different versions of the face to face equipment list so you can choose the one that works for you based on the room, the prep, the equipment you have available. Everyone will be able to get their hands on the minimum materials.
*There are 2 templates for use in online sessions;
- Google Jamboard (free google whiteboard tool)
- Miro (paid plan needed)

You can use the slides as they are (with Imagine If branding) or you can use them with your own or your clients branding. If doing the latter then please include a footnote to state the originator of the documents as you would for other models, tools and quotes that you use.
